I've been having fun documenting the spring popping up around here, and I JUST realized that the vernal equinox is past. It was Sunday the 20th, at 23:21, UTC, coordinated universal time. If you wanna know more about UTC, you can read it here.

Viburnum (don't know which) not yet fully out

This very nice person for whom I knit some socks trucked over some incredibly heavy railroad ties and put in a serious garden for me (before, I had just been faking it), here it is in progress
I think I owe him more socks
Wow...it looks like summer already at your house! This morning it is -20C with the wind chill.

ReplyDeleteYour flowers are lovely, and so welcome at this point in time. All we have so far is one lonely daffodil that started to open when it was a little warmer. It has since gotten cold again. And the ice on the pond is beginning to melt. Good luck with your garden. More socks do seem earned. Louise
